Cancellation Policy

Appointment Scheduling All cleaning services must be scheduled in advance through our official channels (phone, email, or website). Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid charges. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if the client does not show up, an 80% cancellation fee of the total service price will apply. Same-day cancellations are subject to this fee as well. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds Refunds for canceled services made according to the policy will be processed within 7 business days. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows except as outlined above. Liability Timestar Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or client belongings. We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee against accidental damages.
